Summary: Many years of multiple rooms and room nights. We love the location and the staff are nice. However, the condition of the rooms is unacceptable. At $400 a night how many times do you need to have the facilities staff addressing problems with the room? One member of our party didn't have a door or a shower curtain in his shower. My wife and I were in a room that had a bathroom door that could not be closed. The bathroom door problems are not new - back in June we stayed there and a member of our party got stuck in the bathroom because of the incorrectly installed doors during the renovation. You would think after something like that they would check the other rooms. Not wait for people to have problems and to address them one by one. It seems greedy and irresponsible.
